Norton House is situated on the picturesque 3 acre property of the Able Management Group at 74 Great Alpine Rd, Harrietville Victoria Australia 3741. It can be be rented as a fantastic private lodge for holiday makers year round. Offering spacious, comfortable, lodge style accommodation for families, groups or individuals (up to a Maximum of 12 people) you will have memorable group holidays by the river or hitting the slopes.
Norton House features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & living areas to suit a crowd and magnificent surroundings bordering the Ovens River.

Accommodation Rates per person:
Minimum 2 night stay.
Members: $40 per night.
Non-members: $60 per night.
Member whole house exclusive: $450 per night (Access to House only, no camping).
Guest whole house exclusive: $550 per night (Access to House only, no camping).
Please add $150 for cleaning fee for whole house bookings, thankyou!
Pets are welcome, but not inside the HOUSE or on any FURNITURE. Please clean up after your Pets!

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
To confirm your booking, please make payment to the Able Management Group Inc. by Direct Deposit, internet transfer or at a NAB Branch to the following account details:

Once Payment has been received, your booking will be posted to the AMG calendar and a receipt issued if requested. We will hold (TBC - to be confirmed) bookings, for 5 days only unless paid for, otherwise it will become available.
We cannot refund your stay, if you can't keep your booking, you can use it at another suitable time before the end of the calendar year, if you notify us by email 2 weeks prior to your booking. No show bookings will not be refunded and cannot be used at another time.
Please note: Any damage caused by members, guests or volunteers to the house, property or equipment will be billed to the member, guest or volunteer. Weekends are whole house bookings only to maintain privacy for members and guests!
